Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING

Because every item is handcrafted, please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be carefully made, finished, and packaged before shipping. Some custom or larger pieces may take longer, but promise they are worth the wait.

RETURNS

If you have a piece that is handmade personally by request I do not accept any returns or exchanges. They are made one of a kind.

If your order is damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include:

your number, photos of the damaged item, photos of the shipping box and packaging.

CANCELLATIONS

If you order custom piece you can cancel within 24 hours.

If you choose a piece that says already sold. I can make one similar , keep in mind no two are alike, I can try to get the closest I can to the product you want.
